This Privacy Policy explains how 26 Depot LTD ("26 Depot", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with this website, in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

Who we are

26 Depot LTD is a registered wholesale and cash-and-carry supplier based in Mim, Ahafo Region, Ghana. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights below, contact us atinfo@26depot.com.

What we collect

This website is an information-only marketing site. It has no online store, no user accounts and no sign-up or contact forms. We only receive personal data when you choose to contact us directly — for example, by email or phone — and that may include:

  • your name and the name of your business;
  • your contact details (phone number, email address);
  • any information you provide when enquiring about or opening a wholesale account.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically process limited technical data such as your IP address and browser type for security and to deliver the site reliably.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party advertising profiles. If we add website analytics in future, we will use a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool and update this policy to say so.

How we use your data

  • to respond to your enquiries and open or manage your account;
  • to supply goods and provide customer service;
  • to keep proper business records and meet our legal and tax obligations in Ghana.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary with service providers acting on our behalf, or where required by law.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by Ghanaian law (for example, tax and accounting records).

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you have the right to ask us to:

  • confirm what personal data we hold about you and access it;
  • correct data that is inaccurate or out of date;
  • delete data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
  • stop using your data for direct marketing.
